"The property is great! However, the only hiccup we had was, we were extremely hungry and the supervisor, would not allow us to get anything to eat. The cafe attendant was really nice and she seemed saddened by this but there was nothing she could do. While standing there, a few more hungry patrons arrived and everyone was turned back. It was a sad moment. Otherwise, from every other individual we came into contact with, gave us the attention we needed. "

"Had an amazing stay at the Hampton inn long island Brookhaven. When booking, I requested a second floor room near at the end of the hall & near a staircase. Accomplished. Room was VERY comfortable. Had ALL the amenities. Pet friendly with a reasonable add on fee. Front desk was very pleasant & accommodating. Compliment Lemonade available near front desk as we're dog snacks. Buffet breakfast was outstanding. Fresh eggs & bacon. Would absolutely stay here again. Only annoyance was that the hotel charges $15/day for parking. Complained about this & was told it's charged by the hospitality dept which runs the hotel. So no free parking on the premises. As I was there for 7 days, that's a decent extra charge."
