Only downside was the lack of consideration from other users who appeared to forget that people might sleep at night time. The owners would do well to remind people staying in the apartments that sound proofing is minimal and if coming back at 4am it might be polite to whisper etc. "

"There is construction near the facility and every morning I was woken up by the noise. The heat inside the dorm was super hot and I don’t know how to lower the heat. One good thing was that I was able to check in earlier than the regular time because the room was ready, however, it doesn’t seem like the staffs know that the website offered to drop off luggage at the place before check in hours. I was there 5 hrs early but didn’t know where to leave my luggage and it was raining at that time. "

"The email communication was excellent beforehand but nothing in the studio. The bed was not a full size double. There were what seemed to be A/C controls but they didn't work. We were there on the hottest week of the year so far, so it was boiling hot! We were on 2nd floor, I won't miss the stairs!! We had to keep the blind down to keep the sun out, opening the window just let the street noise in. A very busy road. Lots of choice to shop and eat. Westfield Centre is just behind. "
