You can rent this cute little cottage to enjoy the tranquility of the country, This house has 2 bedrooms one Newly added KING Bed and one Full Bed, 1 full bath with shower/tub, Kitchen fully equipped with all you need to cook a nice meal or just make a simple cup of coffee. The is also a dining room with table and sitting for 6 people and a living room with very comfortable couches and smartTv. At the house we offer high speed complementary WIFI. Laundry room with washer and Dryer as well iron board and iron.
The backyard has barbecue grill, fire pit, tables and chairs. The property has large backyard that can be enjoyed with kids or playing with your pets while enjoying peaceful views.
Extra twin mattress can be provided upon request.
This house is minutes away from downtown Greeneville, Tusculum University and 45 miles from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge TN.

Superly perfect cottage!
It's beautiful, spacious, and just absolutely perfect for my stay. Every thing you need is here, including the relaxing swing on the front porch to the fire pit in the back. Just bring your clothes and food and explore the beautiful mountains and parks as well as historical places. Then watch a little TV and crawl into the cozy beds for a peaceful night of rest! The hosts were so wonderful and made this stay great!

What a perfect little spot! We needed extra beds to celebrate Christmas with my son and his family and this little cottage was perfect. My only regret is that we didn't get to stay a bit longer! So we'll just have to go back. Thank you, Marcela.

Wonderful lil cottage
Everything was perfect the host was very nice and the house had everything that we needed. My grandson loved loking at the goats out the kitchen window every morning. I loved how we were in the country but still only 30 mins or less to get to town.....I highly recommend!!!!

We always are so greateful when an owner host will allow us to have our dog, bengi. We only stayed a couple of nights but our experience was totally positive. Cozy home. We would definitely rent again!

Very cozy stay!
We loved staying at this home for a weekend to attend a friend’s wedding. Property owner was VERY responsive and extremely helpful. We brought our dog along who loved watching the goats and cow walk across the field next to us. We would happily stay at this home again.

Perfect place for my wedding trip
My fiance and family stayed at this cute home while in town for our wedding! Minutes away from our venue, beautiful scenery, pet friendly for our dog, and had two bedrooms plus an additional twin mattress and ample couch space. It has an attached laundry room, full kitchen, lovely front porch with a swing, and a table out back. The hostess kept us updated on repairs that were being done on our way to town, and she was so sweet to answer any questions we had while there! I would definitely stay at this home again.

Greeneville Farm House
My wife and I stayed here while visiting family in the area. House was perfect for our needs. Very good value for the price. House had all the necessities for our stay. The front porch swing and cows and goats in the pastures behind us visited us everyday, and were welcome bonuses. The owners live in the property behind the house, and were very responsive to any needs we had (locked ourselves out the first morning... LOL). We would definitely stay here again on any future trips to the area.

Wonderful!
This was the first time we had used Vrbo for a place to stay in what used to be our home town, and I must say the experience was great! My youngest sister and I drove up from Texas for a Celebration of Life for our sister-in-law who passed away just before Christmas. Our middle sister and her spouse came in from Virginia and stayed with us. The price was great for four people, not to mention the two dogs. Everything was comfortable and convenient, and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet! I highly recommend this property!!
