Cozy Cabin: Peaceful Haven in the Heart of Nature

Looking for a peaceful getaway to take a break from the chaos of life? Nestled in the mountains amidst stunning views of nature, the cabin is an offering of the Blue Heart Animal Sanctuary - a beacon of Love & Light and an oasis of Peace for All. The moment guests arrive, many feel a sense of calmness. We feature mountain views, flowing streams, abundant wildlife, koi ponds, mossy rocks, energy vortices & joyful, rescued animals. Book now to experience the healing power of nature & animals.

This rustic cabin is situated beside a tranquil koi pond and shares space with a herd of sweet rescued sheep.
* It features a single bunk and full size futon with an extra mattress topper for comfort.
* Although the cabin does not have electric, there is an extension cord available for use.
* A portable heater and electric kettle to make hot water are also provided.
* A set of solar string lights illuminates the cabin but it's helpful for guests to bring a flashlight or headlamp.
* There is a fire pit with a grate for cooking and some fire safe cookwear. There is some small kindling, starter wood available but guests who want a longer lasting fire need to bring their own bundles of dry wood.
* We offer guests the use of camping chairs and there's a small bistro set next to the pond.
* We provide our guests with the purest mountain spring water (feel free to bring an empty water vessel to take some with you on your journey.)
* A hot/cold water outdoor shower is available in the warmer months. During the winter, there is a guest bathroom in the house available for bathing.
* The outdoor pit latrine is at the top of the hill as it must be away from the water source.

Tranquil in the mountains
If you're looking for a quaint spot away from the world this is where you'd find it, if you don't mind a few critters and estrella, it's the woods in the Appalachia off the beaten path, relaxing, great atmosphere with clear and consistent communication

A Unique Get-away Spot
My two-night stay offered a pleasant break from city life. If you are okay with a a very winding drive up the mountain, an outdoor latrine, and hanging out with goats and other animals—this might be for you. A camping-like feel…really enjoyed the fire pit overlooking pond. Host Shivani was welcoming and super helpful. Went the extra mile. Oh yes..a ‘creepy crawly’ or two in the cabin—and some nocturnal creature noises! A nice glimpse of mountains out the cabin door. Overall…good for the soul.
