"My two nights at backpackers hostel was great! Friendly staff with two bars… One in the lobby, and one on the roof top with great views of the acropolis. Both bars have a one hour happy hour… Two for one drinks. Very nice breakfast served in the lobby that is also included. Rooms are cleaned daily… Mine had six bunks with a private bathroom for those six people. Nice atmosphere in the lobby to hang out as long as you want and meet other travelers. Highly recommend Backpackers hostel!"

"The staff was very helpful, in my last day they were also accommodating with my late checkout when I was still recovering from the marathon effort. The outdoor patio and bar is cute, it adds a nice ambiance to the place even though I didn’t take advantage of it as my sleep and rest routine took precedence due to the race. The kitchen / common area is very handy and comfy. Bonus points for the assortment of complimentary premium teas. The area around it is not the prettiest, the streets feel...

"Tucked away on narrow/ steep streets, was still east to find. However parking, if u have a car, could be tricky. They lock the common area from about 11pm to 9am, so no way to get food out of fridge/ use kitchen if you leave early. Big lockers for luggage in room, individual electrical outlets at each bed . Bathroom only had 1 weak lightbulb over the sink. I don’t think there was a/c but the ceiling fan was good for October. "

"Très proche d’une station d’autobus, par contre les rues sont sales et plus ou moins sécuritaires. Le logement est grand mais bruyant et la cuisine est salle dès le début de la soirée. Le personnel est gentil et fait son possible. La vue est belle sur le 7e étage "

"This place is very nice , safe and super clean. Staff members are helpful, kind and accommodating. I stayed here on and off during my 3 months travels in Greece . They kept my big luggage in a locker room more than 45 days and with affordable price. Each time I came back I was greeted with amazing front desk employees. I’ll be back for sure for my next trip. "I don’t stay at hostels often, but Bedbox and its wonderful staff made it easy to get comfortable. The place is very clean and is cleaned multiple times a day. The location is great - all of central Athens and the acropolis is within a quick enjoyable walk (20 mins tops). The staff are very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Constantina is amazing! Highly recommend for a backpacker/hostel experience. "
