"The location of room allotted was bad, next to reception entrance. I requested for silent zone. This was noisy. The TV channels were recharged after our request. Wash basin was leaking and its position was congested. No mirror or dressing table in the room. Outside and pathway used to be parked with all cars. Nearby no good restaurants. Service boys were very pleasant and helpful. Food served was medium. We appreciate the mountaineering related photographs on display."

"Excellent service! We stayed for 6 days. But maintenance is not great e.g, the towel rack in our bathroom fell and the fitness facility is poor, there was also a hole in my mattress. But we liked our stay cause of the staff"
