"There must have been some water damage in the room. A dehumidifier was setup and running when I arrived. A bit smelly. Otherwise a nice room. Third stay at this property and will stay again."

"We were delighted by the beautifully decorated apartment, perfectly clean with everything you would need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Even some unexpected extras in the pantry and fridge. I loved sitting outside admiring all the beautiful flowers attracting birds and butterflies. Would love to return whenever visiting Albany."

"Such a beautiful spot, very quiet & great facilities. Beds were super comfy. Amazing cheese & wine on arrival was a lovely touch & the communication from the property managers brilliant. Views were fabulous! Only negatives were a lack of a couple of basic kitchen items, a bathroom door that would just not stay shut & very hit & miss wifi. They do warn you of this though because of the location but sometimes it was so bad you couldn’t even just pick up your emails. Overall though an amazing stay...

"We loved the location. The premises were clean, tidy and very appealing. We found the bed very comfortable and there was plenty of blankets and additional pillows. Overall we had a great weekend at Park Avenue Holiday units and will definitely be back again."
