"Very poor weather, which can't be helped, however having no TV or internet or swimming pool for two days was a problem. Trying to turn on the TV we found we had to use our own roaming service with very poor reception and excessive costs, when the owners were asked I was told they couldn't access the internet, however reception said there was no problem with reception they just didn't wish to pay site charges."

"Comfortable and clean and equipped adequately. As there was just the two of us and our dog, we had plenty of room. The caravan could do with a few tweaks: possible blockage in en suite shower, fresh batteries needed for remote, light switch loose as you enter and toiler roll holder in en suite needs refixing. All minor things you may not be aware of!"

"Great location very easy, a quick walk to the beach, and has a nice cafe for breakfast, good food & reasonable price. Park has a supermarket the only downside was no internet or decent phone coverage and we were asked for £7 each to use the park bar it was not a great bar so declined, some nice bars other side of the park on the beach and village, also great pizza take away in village "

"We enjoyed the location, but unfortunately the rooms where smaller than other caravans I have had holidays in. It was difficult to move around in the bedrooms. Some fixtures where not fixed properly and some of the blinds where dirty when we rolled them down.The Kitchen / living room areas where clean and had everything you needed for your stay. "Property is listed as ‘luxury’, sadly this is not the case. i.e. no gate on decking so dog wasn’t allowed outside, baking trays and roasting tins old and caked in old fat, as was grill tray ,Hoover didn’t work, sweeping brush broken, the bath and hand towels were old and rough in an assortment of faded colors. £6.80!!! for a dozen eggs on sale in the on site store."

"Fabulous property very well equipped and the beds were so comfy. All of the lodge was thought out extremely well to give you a fabulous holiday. The site itself was very central and also safe for my grandchildren to play. A added bonus was a 5 minute walk to a very good shop, fish and chips shop and a Chinese. I would defiantly recommend this lodge."

"All looked good but oven did not work,the shower was way too hot and we couldn’t turn it down if you had young kids it was not good,the wi fi was not good very intermittent we have stayed at better caravans on this site,we love how close it is to the beach but overall just a bit tired and needs some TLC"
