"An outstanding property, I couldn’t fault this place. Very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The host was very professional at check in. Very secure for parking. "DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! It looks nothing like the pictures. Both showers only had burning hot water. There are paper thin walls with neighbors screaming constantly. We had to step over a girl sleeping on the sidewalk to get out of the property one night. The entire place smells like mold and is filthy. There were dirty dishes, no soap or trash bags, and only 2 towels when we checked in. We contacted the property. They apologized for “the mistake” but never came by to fix anything. I have...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this flat. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, and the place felt very homey. Everything went smoothly with check-in and check-out, and the host was easy to communicate with. We’d happily stay here again!"

"We (3) stayed here while carrying out work locally.The apartment was clean, cosy and everything we needed. Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the local area, we just knew the way to work sit and back and there was plenty of takeaways and supermarkets along the way. There is no cooking facilities so this is useful.All round spot on place. Would stay again if in the area. 100%"

"This place is amazing. Has everything we needed for a lovley Christmas break. Close to the water, pubs, and in a quiet area. So clean very comfortable, modern bathroom was amazing shower was exceptional. Nice touch of tea, coffee sugar as well as washing liquid all those kittle touches that made a difference. You wont be disappointed booking here. Owner David was a great help, any time i messages he was swift to reply."

"The apartment was exactly what we wanted! It was comfortable and clean! The host was wonderful and had no issue with answering any questions we had! The apartment is so close to the high street - a perfect spot for nights out or just a quick visit to the center. The only thing we found that there was not any oven trays for cooking but there was an oven. Not a dealbreaker at all and we just used foil that was provided. Just a point for the future! "Just the perfect stay for our family! We loved the patio for the kids to play in and had a wonderful stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable. There's a great pub next door that serves Italian food and has a great yard and play structure for the kids. We also visited the Audley End House and Audley Miniature Railway and Fairy Walk while we were there and it was a perfect combination for a little getaway. We would definitely come back! "

Exceptionally good

"This was by far one of the best stately manor/Halls we have stayed at, The House is breathtaking and spacious, free parking and breakfast was included in the Price. The fine dining was excellent but pricey, Therr was a cheaper option in the lounge bar. Drinks expensive but well worth it for the experience. Spa and hydra pools not included but was very nice. The best thing about the hotel were the staff. Polite, helpful and attentive, by far the best service we have had in a long while. Thoroughly impressed and highly recommended "

"The Rose and Crown was a lovely timber framed building but with modern facilities. The room was large, warm and comfortable with a couple of easy chairs which were an added bonus. The shower was good and easy to use. The breakfast was well presented and good and the staff were all pleasant and created a relaxed atmosphere"

Great Value For Money Hotel

"Stopped here a few times and for an airport hotel, it's one of the better ones. The staff are super friendly and it offers great value for money. The rooms are a little on the cosy side but are well equipped and modern. My only gripe, and this is a personal preference, is that the mattress is too hard and the pillows are not great. One pillow is too low and two pillows is too high. Woke up with a stiff neck and a headache from the pillows. This was sorted out by a lovely hot shower in the modern bathroom. The Rituals toiletries and Dressing Gowns are a nice touch. This is a great hotel with a superb buffet breakfast and I can highly recommend it."
