"Very clean! Updated cozy little apartment with everything you need. The outside patio was better than photos. If there were any downsides it might be that we found we had to keep the doors closed to keep the moisture out. But of course this is the trade off for staying on the water! All in all a great stay (especially for a surfer because it was a 2 min walk to the best wave in Tortola!)"

"We stayed two extra nights at the end of a 11 day boat trip and it was perfect. Quiet and relaxing with a great view. It was clean and we rented a truck to drive all over the island. We were able to come and go as we pleased. We had the entire lower apartment to ourselves. Being able to laundry prior to flying home was an extra plus. We would do it this way again in the future."

"The three unit building was surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and very private. The apartments are large multi-level spaces. Everything you need is provided. The owners/staff were super friendly and helpful. Plan to rent a car. You can easily walk to stores & restaurants in Spanish Town, but to get to all the spectacular beaches on the island will require a car/jeep."

"The screen door to the balcony needs to be replaced It doesn’t work properly and allowed small bugs to get in. The door lock to the apartment was broken so we couldn’t lock it. Not much hot water for showering. We managed but had to wait between showers. We were able to manage ok and it was in our budget so considering we were only there to sleep, it was fine. "Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Villa! We absolutely loved the jaw-dropping view from the huge outdoor patio balcony. We ate our meals and played games outside with the breathtaking view of Brewer’s Bay in the background. "Let me start off by saying our host Rehanna was incredible. She picked us up welcomed us and just overall made trip so much better. The house was perfect for our group each room and its own en-suite which was very nice to have. The pool and outdoor living area was where we spent the most time.
