"My room was next to front door and front desk… Very noisy,,,, someone please tell staff their conversations can be heard at all hours of the night & 24/7..Smokers talking and cell phone conversations outside of front door 24/7 next to room window…….very very noisy….it does not help that smoking receptacles are located adjacent to front doors ……."
