"We were looking for an uncrowded, quiet and quaint lodging option. Wonderful staff, beautiful walks on the beach, incredible room views and the Blue Conch restaurant is delicious. Recommend a car to explore island. Staff arranged taxi to GGT and Emerald Bay Marina. Highly recommend if you are NOT looking for big resort vibe."

"Villa Oceania is in a great location, gorgeous beach, well appointed, comfortable, and clean. Lynda, the property manager, was a great communicator, kind and helpful. We had a large group of 11 extended family member ranging in age from 11 to 76. We were all very happy with the accommodations and Exuma overall. Couldn’t recommend both more highly"

"Property is exactly as advertised. Great view, clean rooms, every kitchen item you could need. A family group of 7 was very comfortable with the 4 bedrooms and common areas. Eric kept in contact to ensure we had everything we needed and Tony (on island) was very helpful. Even though the drive in was a little bumpy, it was very doable each day. The property was very quiet and private but only 15 minutes to restaurants and shopping. And, did I mention the view!"

"This trip was a celebration for my son receiving his Doctorate in Chemistry. He has worked so hard on his dissertation and really needed a place to relax and wind down. Exuma and this property delivered exactly that. The place was clean, spacious, and well stocked. We used the paddle board and all the kayaks to explore the beautiful water from the beach right behind the house. We were able to snorkel seeing lots of fish along the rocks surrounding the beach. We will definitely be booking this property again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. "

"The homes location is close to George Town , yet has the feeling of being a private island, with nearly a soul in sight for the days we were here. The house itself was clean and well equipped for our family of 4. The views were spectacular. The waterfront was perfect for kids. Bambi and Doug were great hosts. "

The house was immaculate, the pool and beach access were fantastic, and Sidney was super responsive when my 5 year old locked us out of the bathroom. "great property! Staff were super nice and helped us book our full day excursion to the pigs, sharks, sandbar, and more. Having the splash bar restaurant on site was great to come back and end the day conviently and uniquely for dinner. beach side cottage was great, although we only had a partial ocean view and if I were to book again I might choose the more affordable cottages on the other side of the street.
