"Diane the GM is just simply AMAZING. She has went above and beyond for us. She's a breath of fresh air. That's why I always make sure she has fresh flowers at the front desk. And have so much respect for her. Also Amanda the Supervisor is the best and Umde the front desk receptionist. Let's not forget about Trey he's in charge of laundry one of the biggest and most important jobs there. He makes sure I get the best towels and clean one daily and sheets as well. Kudos Trey! Hes definitely...

Great location, bathroom needs to be enclosed.

"This hotel is in a great location. You never have to drive/call a ride share if you are staying downtown. My only complaint is there is no door to the bathroom. The shower is out in the open right as you walk into the room. If you like a little privacy in that area this might not be the hotel for you. "

Great Place to stay

"Nice location , local free shuttle most appreciated, valet parking was easy and all the staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast is exceptional and well worth $18 . Snacks in the little shop were kind of pricey but that’s typical at any hotel . The bed is firm which is not to my comfort . I prefer a more plush and softer mattress but that’s just my preference . Would definitely stay again but if for multiple nights the firm bed might b a deal breaker . But it’s still 5* in my book . "
