"This is our forth stay at the Stones, nice hotel, staff are very friendly, bar area is comfortable. I do wonder why when most people share a room they only put one chair in them ? Also a few polite notices in the hall ways to remind other guests to be quiet when walking past the rooms ? That said we would recommend this hotel."

"Excellent price, beautiful location, facilities very clean and well equipped bathroom. Would’ve been nice to have a double mattress instead of two single beds, but it worked well anyway. Excellent stay, no complaints"

"Stayed 1night for a business trip, have stayed several times so knew what to expect..opted for a deluxe room but didnt see any difference from a standard room..the room was very small but perfectly formed, had an excellent nights sleep. Lady on reception at check in was lovely despite being very busy, and helped me out with no fuss when i locked myself out of my room. Will stay again next time im in Newbury. "
