"Wonderful little cottage. Host was very helpful before and during our stay. Lots of good recommendations for the area. We made use of the hot tub as well as the fireplace. Enjoyed several sites very close by. Great place to launch to see lots of things in the area. Arrange to have the hot tub preheated so we could utilize it both nights. Very enjoyable stay, highly recommend."

"We had a lovely stay with friends and went to Newbury Races which was a couple of stops on the train which is a 5/10 minute walk from the cottage The cottage was very nice 2bedrooms the smaller on is a bit small but fine for a few nights The kitchen is well equipped in fact the only down side was the shower which was very low pressure and the temperature kept changing so you had to jump in and out otherwise it was wonderful and we would use it again if staying in the area "

"Hooks Farm Cottages are located on a working diary farm. The accommodation is excellent with plenty of amenities. The owners are very friendly and there is plenty to see within a short drive. Though the M4 is within viewing distance from the front of the property there is no road noise at all. Excellent. "
