"We booked and paid for this house for 11 people for 2 nights. When we all arrived in Kingston Beach we messaged the host to ask how to access keys. No response. After more than an hour liaising with Stayz - both messaging and then on the phone - we were given numbers for the host which no one answered and then advised that they had managed to contact the host who said they did not mean to have the house available for lease for those dates (despite accepting our booking and taking our payment in...

"I don't think you will find a Stayz better than this one. A beautiful view from everywhere in the house. Nicola has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as she could. "Accommodation was very well-presented, nice views and included breakfast delivered to the door around 8:30am. There was a number of wallabies on the lawn outside our apartment around dusk which was a nice experience. One criticism, though, was that the room was very stuffy. Despite our best efforts, the air-conditioning kept resetting to a temperature higher than we would have liked. "
