"Great location. Quiet and close to grocery store and cafe my fat puku which was great!Some plumbing issues but thats life and have already discussed with Mike. Mosquitoes were a big deal for me as i react badly. Unfortunately Window mesh didn't fill all the gaps . Duct tape would help as a first aid measure or mike put some adhesive foam on the bottom of the frames already there."

I understand it is high in the trees so there will have been insects about and that’s all fine, but the windows hadn’t been cleaned on the outside for a while, the driveway needs some weeding/ferns nurtured so it is easier to park/get out.
