"We were a group of 9 girls and had the best 3 days staying here. Alessio and Anna were incredible hosts and so helpful when we asked about arranging activities and taxis. It was a joy to stay here and we all said we’d love to go back. Only problem was we didn’t stay long enough and were all sad to leave. Thank you for having us ☺️"

"Another excellent stay, having decided to return after really enjoying our week here last year. The view from the house and garden is breathtaking: a perfect location in which to enjoy the lovely scenery all around. There is so much to see in the area, both locally and further afield. Karen is a fantastic host: knows everything about the area, available to answer any question, nothing is too much trouble. We can fully recommend Ca' Ginota for a wonderful holiday."

"We visited this house with four youngsters (18-21) and two dogs and we enjoyed the enormous space in and around the house. The swimmingpool was great. The whirlpool wasn't heated so we only could use that between 3 and 5 PM. Than the automatically refreshing of the water started and it went cold. But when one knows this, one adapts... Really great was the big room with the table tennis, table football and pool table. Even at the hottest hour of the day you could play there if you wanted. Around...

"Large well appointed house centrally located to many Piedmont sites. We enjoyed the balcony and mountain views. A few good restaurants within walking distance. Owner was quick with answers to questions. Highly recommend."

"The accommodation is as described, clean, tidy and very spacious. Andrea is very helpful with all questions, no matter what the topic is. The outside area is fantastic. We had an incredible 4 days in La Casa Di Yorik."

Les propriétaires sont sur place et nous ont laissé notre espace tout en étant très accueillants. "Poorly maintained, overgrown and tired. Walls are peeling off. The kitchens don’t have an oven. Water pressure is non existent, if someone uses water downstairs there is no water upstairs. WiFi doesn’t work downstairs, upstairs the connection is really poor. No air conditioning. No sofa or other soft furniture except the beds. Dining room chairs are not sturdy, some are broken. Outdoor furniture is old and the plastic is brittle. Not as listed, everything is unkempt. Dirty floors, bathrooms...

"This was an adequate place to stay. The parking was a bit more work than we envisioned from the listing, seldom was a space available in front of the building. The kitchen and provisions were as listed, but it would have been nice if there had been some basics like salt, pepper, oil and vinegar so we didn't have to buy so much for just 9 nights. Other comments about the street noise are accurate. For such a small street, it is surprisingly busy outside the apartment. Overall, Casa Moretti met...

"Nous avons apprécié cette vieille, grande et belle bâtisse pratiquement dans son jus. Elle est pleine de charme et de souvenirs de famille. La vue depuis la terrasse ou le jardin est fantastique. Amoureux du confort moderne s'abstenir, la villa Osvalda se mérite. Elle est bien située pour les balades à pied ou en voiture. Se munir d'anti- moustiques car ils sont nombreux à l'extérieur. Bref, toute la famille a aimé ce séjour."
