We were the only ones staying here, probably off season for their busy time. The apartment is nice. Good space, everything worked. The spiral stairs to the above floors were somewhat difficult with luggage and could be a problem for folks older than us. The location suited us well. It is about 3.5 KM from the main road and easy access to either Moncalvo, or Grazzano Badoglio. I would go back to this apartment again.

Awful. Dirty and we didn’t stay.
We checked in, looked around and left immediately. It was the most unclean property we’ve seen and despite having paid, we left and didn’t stay even one night. Linen was dirty, dirty cloths in sink, old soap in bathroom and hairs/dirty in bathroom plus water not working. Left immediately.

Heerlijk!
Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Mooie omgeving, fijn zwembad en wat een rust! Alleen de muggen waren vervelend. Geen airco, maar met een ventilator was de warmte ook wel te doen.

Localisation magnifique au milieu des vignes et des noisetiers ! La petite ville de Moncalvo toute proche est typique et agréable avec tout ce qu’il faut sur place Le domaine est très joli et très bien entretenu La piscine très grande et très agréable avec tout le confort Niveau confort de la location la pièce principale manque de confort mais c’est le seul « bémol » Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille !

Weekend rilassante, una bella struttura! Letti e divano letto molto comodi. Casetta fresca e attrezzata, siamo stati molto bene. Il proprietario cordiale ed è stato molto gentile Piscina grande e pulita, tutto come da foto. Ci torneremo volentieri! Se dobbiamo trovare delle pecche c’erano delle ragnatele di troppo e i canali tv non funzionano

Relaxed!
Het was een heerlijk relaxed verblijf met ons gezin. Zwembad is top! Huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Fijne communicatie met de verhuurder. Als je wil onthaasten moet je hier naartoe. Zelfs onze pubermeiden konden zich hier prima in vinden na een drukke activieve week elders. Moncalvo is een leuk stadje vlakbij voor een hapje eten. Overal wijnboeren in de buurt en ook de supermarkt is een kort ritje met de auto.

Lovely stay
We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Het is is keurig en netjes en de badkamer schoon. Dat verdient wat ons betreft punten. De omgeving is prachtig en je hebt vanuit de ruin prachtig uitzicht op de heuvels in de omgeving. Er heerst heerlijke rust en het zwembad is mooi en groot. De tuin wordt mooi onderhouden en is heel mooi met alle fruitbomen en mooie struiken. Wat ons betreft zou een luxere tuinset een aanbeveling zijn. Een bistrosetje staat leuk, maar is niet zo comfortabel als je lekker buiten wil tafelen. Daarnaast zou het fijn zijn als er bij het zwembad meer dan twee ligstoelen zouden zijn. Maar los daarvan hebben we een heerlijk verblijf gehad en hebben we genoten. Een aanrader als je met z’n vieren een fijne vakantie in Piëmonte wil doorbrengen.

Un magnifique domaine reposant et une piscine presque privée !
Bien situé pour faire de nombreuses visites, en roulant mais en revenant toujours au calme.Genes, Turin, Alba,Cuneo, Pavie… une histoire de collines, de vignes, de noisettes et de gastronomie! Bien se protéger des moustiques !

Für Schrifteller ideale Wohnung
Wunderschöne Aussicht. Schöne Wohnung Leider ein paar Minuspunkte: Pool war bis zum 02. geschlossen Strenge Regeln in der Anlage. Eher für nicht Familien geeignet. Weit weg von Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ohne Auto keine Chance. Dörfer vom weiten schön aber von innen nicht die Reise wert. kein Schlüssel für Restmüll bekommen ! Vermieter brillierte durch seine Abwesenheit, musste immer die Infos aus der Nase ziehen. Gartenmöbeln teilweise beschädigt, Tisch winzig für 4 Personen. Läden konnten leider nicht fixiert werden da Befestigung kaputt, so dass in den Schlafzimmern immer Dunkeln war. Dort kommt man nur mit italienisch weiter. Hausmeister sehr unsympathisch. Fazit : Für Schriftsteller und Leute, die entspannen wollen ideal, für Familien mit größeren Kimdern eher ungeeignet.
