In the beautiful city of Graz this bright and modernly furnished apartment awaits you. With two big double beds, one single bed in the bedrooms and the comfortable sofa bed in the living room this apartment offers enough space for 6 people. The bathtub in the bathroom is perfect for some relaxing time after exploring the city. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare your own home cooked meals, which can then be enjoyed at the big dining table in the living room area.

The highlight of the apartment are two balconies, one in the living room area and one in the master bedroom. The apartment is beautifully decorated and immediately gives you that homey feeling. WiFi is available for free throughout the whole flat.

Please note that we live off site and have no reception on site, hence we need to know your arrival time in advance to arrange an appointment for key delivery!

The apartment is located just a short stroll, or a few pubic transportations stops away from the center of Graz. If you walk out of the apartment around the next corner you will find a Lidl, the nearest supermarket. Except for that there are 2 more supermarkets and some other shops in the near area. A gym and a sports court is right in the next street which is perfect for a shot workout while being on vacation and many many restaurants, cafes and bars are not far away either.
There are multiple cafes and bakeries around the apartment, which are perfect for a nice cup of coffee and a great breakfast. We would recommend the Café Zapo, right across the street, the Konditorei Philipp, just down the street or the Café Marianne, also just a few meters away from the building. Except for that we can recommend the Restaurant Akropolis for a authentic Greek meal or the Gösser Stüberl for a cool beer and an Austrian dinner/lunch. If you prefer a quick dining there is the Waltendorfer Kebap und Pizza right around the corner. If you feel like a drink in the evening you can get that at the Tizian’s place, in the next street.
In the case of you being in the inner city of Graz and getting hungry and craving an Asian meal you could go to the Mau Shi restaurant or the Sägewerk for a delicious burger.

The apartment is located Am Ring. This is bigger street in Graz, just a few minutes’ walk away from the city center. The tram stop ‘Krenngasse’ is right around the corner but to get to center we would recommend the walk, as you will pass by many shops and will get to experience the city even more. The apartment is in a very nice location as it is close to the center and surrounded by supermarkets, shops and small boutiques and restaurants.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
