"The hotel room did not have a working heater so they had a space heater instead as the manager on duty could not get it to work either. The shower had great water pressure but ran out of hot water quick. The amenities were good, even providing tooth brushes which I don't think I have ever seen in a hotel. "The room was clean but three factors made my evening difficult. The light on the desk was out and the other lights were too far away so I couldn't see to work at the desk. The blanket on the bed was very thin and I froze. Third was the fact that I couldn't find the phone number to the front office to report any of these conditions.
