Find all the space you need to relax, unwind, and enjoy the gorgeous coast of Grayland at this first-floor condo at the Breakwater Inn. Spend your days crabbing, beachcombing, whale watching, or fishing, and your evenings curled up in the warmth of the cozy electric fireplace.

The Breakwater Inn is a peaceful property that seamlessly blends modern comfort with a sense of nostalgia for the coastal vacations of your youth. On the grounds, find grills, crab cookers, picnic tables, and firepits available for your use. Follow the path immediately west to meet a broad stretch of open beach, or head over to Grayland Beach State Park half a mile south. Explore the nearby town of Westport (seven miles), tour the International Mermaid Museum (13 miles), or hop on board a whale-watching or fishing charter. You can also enjoy a game of Pickleball on the new court!

The condo was named in honor of Grayland's most popular pastime, as crabs can often be found right in the property's immediate vicinity. At the end of each day, sit down at the picnic table in the grassy outdoor space and feast on your fresh catch in the golden hour light.

Inside, find a living space with every essential: a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table for homemade meals and after-dinner board games (a great selection is provided), and a sitting area where you can stream movies on the smart TV. In addition to the one bedroom, there's another comfortable bed in the living room for additional accommodations.

Things to Know
The hot tub is available to all guests at the property and is operating on a first come, first serve/available seats basis.
There is no washer/dryer.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
