Aquitaine - Gironde - MEDOC, 4 km ocean House for 4 people of 60 M² (2 bedrooms) wooden chalet with private swimming pool (6x4) covered, heated (from mid-APRIL to October), Jacuzzi (2 places). Its wooden terrace of 100 M², its garden furniture, its relax, its barbecue, its solar shower and its two adult bikes await you for walks on our many cycle paths. Enclosed garden of 900 M². Shops nearby, living room (with 2-seater sofa bed), bathroom, comfortable kitchen. Water sports, horse riding on the beach or in the forest. 1.5 km from the Euronat thalassotherapy center.
Located in the heart of the Médoc, a stone's throw from the castle road with its world-famous vineyards!!
The kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, built-in oven, 4 gas burners, coffee maker, Nespresso, microwave.
A living room/lounge with a bay window opening onto the terrace.
You have a table and chairs for 4 people, TV, a 2-seater sofa bed and a large closet.
TWO bedrooms with 140 cm double bed and closet.
Outside, a barbecue, a table and chairs for 4 people, relax, parasol, solar shower (second bathroom for summer).
The chalet is located in the town of Grayan 9 KM from SOULAC/mer 10 Mn by car, 7 km from Montalivet.
Our very natural supervised beach is 4 km away (5 min by car) and you will find sports activities for your children on site. Going up towards Le Verdon/mer you have a tourist port with its restaurants and sports activities (jet ski, sailing lessons etc.). You also have night markets every evening in the surrounding villages. (Grayan, Vensac, Talais...)
Going up 10 km you have the ferry which can take you to the landscapes of the Charente coast for a day trip.
Further south (an hour's drive), you have the Arcachon basin with the PYLA dune and its oyster parks, tastings on site possible with a view of the bird island!!

Tolles kleines Haus in schöner Umgebung
Unser Aufenthalt im vollumfänglich umzäunten Ferienhaus mit Pool und Whirlpool war wirklich toll. Ohne Einblick von den benachbarten Grundstücken hat man hier völlige Privatsphäre. Der Gastgeber ist ausgesprochen nett und steht vor sowie während des Aufenthaltes für alle Rückfragen zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist recht klein und für bis zu 4 Personen gut geeignet. Die Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich ausreichend, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Da wir die meiste Zeit jedoch am Meer und der Umgebung, oder im tollen Garten verbracht haben, hat und das nicht sonderlich gestört. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub in einer schönen Umgebung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Le chalet est bien équipé, situé dans un environnement calme et appréciable. La climatisation ainsi que la piscine est un vrai plus. Séjour à recommander. Le seul petit bémol est qu'il n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce que c'est au vacanciers de faire l'entretien de la piscine .

Spaß mit Pool und Whirlpool
Silvain ist ein freundlicher und humorvoller Gastgeber. Pool, Whirlpool und Haus waren blitzsauber. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt, groß und gepflegt. Wir haben uns zusammen mit unseren beiden Hunden sehr wohl gefühlt.

Excellentes Vacances
Nous avons passé 2 semaines excellentes dans cette région magnifique et le logement a été agréable à vivre, fonctionnel et propre. La piscine et le spa sont un vrai plus, nous étions vraiment au calme. Le propriétaire à été accueillant et très gentil. Nous espérons y revenir un jour pour de nouvelles vacances. Notre séjour a été parfait. Monsieur Tiffon est un homme très accueillant, serviable, à l'écoute et très réactif et très discret. Le chalet et ses équipements correspondent parfaitement aux photos et informations présentes sur l'annonce. Malgré une semaine un peu pluvieuse nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du jacuzzi.

Très bon séjour. Jacuzzi extrêmement pendant les dernières nuits fraîches de mai pour observer les étoiles (aucune pollution lumineuse dans ce recoin du Médoc). Piscine agréable pour se rafraîchir pendant les journées brûlantes. Barbecue efficace. Les palissades rendent le lieu intime. La cuisine est bien équipée (gazinière, plan de travail, grand évier, lave-vaisselle, machine Nespresso). Le chalet est conforme aux photos. Enfin, l'hôte, M. Tiffon, est très arrangeant, très réactif, très affable.

La région est magnifique, il y a pleins d'activités très sympa à faire. Nous sommes parties entre copines, tout le monde à su trouver sa place et son confort dans le chalet de Monsieur Tiffon. Il est idéalement placé en pleine nature et bien équipé, nous n'avions presque plus envie de sortir découvrir la région tellement nous étions bien entre le jacuzzi et la piscine. Le tout est très propre et fonctionnel. Merci surtout au propriétaire pour la logistique, nous étions en contact dès la réservation et il a été arrangeant jusqu’à notre départ. Bonne vacance aux suivants, nous nous reviendrons!

Wounderfull luxury Area with all needed Equipments
It was the third visit here and the second stay at one of Mr Tiffon´s Houses. The House was very clean, good Standard Equipment, kitchen with all needed Things, BBQ outside, huge area for Kids to Play, big, heated pool, sep. jaccuzzi, parking in closed area. We loved it. This is the best address for an perfect vacation. We will come back ! Alexander
