"The unique thing about this property is the property manager(s). Ensured that my stay was excellent. The location is perfect for Novara (train station is 1 min walking distance, downtown is 10 mins walking distance and major grocery store is 10 mins walking distance). There are ample restaurants, shops and Italian character within a stone's through. I higly recommend this B&B/Hotel for the traveler in Novara."

"Facility is pretty new and clean. The room is on the ground floor. Wifi works very well. The hotel provides soaps and a sponge for dish cleaning, kitchen papers. The washing machine grew mould, I had to clean it up before I use. (to be honest, this problem doesn't occur only here, but also a lot of appartment type hotels.) I recommend the owner to wash washing machines and to through away the dusts in vacuum cleaner periodically."

"Communcation with property manager was easy and realible via messaging, but I did not get to meet the property manager in person as she was busy. Ezio was the one who showed us the property. Enzio was nice and also easy to communicate with. The Wi-Fi password listed on the router is incorrect but we were able to figure it out using the TV connected to the Wi-Fi (make sure ask for the correct password as the QR code did not work either).
