"The check is process was sketchy, the room was left open and the key on the table. The listing says Lawson Rock when the location is Coxen Cove (Las Palmas). The resturant on the property was rarely open and going off the resort walking distance is unsafe. There was no water the day we checked in, no hot water the entire time and cleaning the room was sporatic."

"Our overall experience with the house as well as Carolina was nothing short of amazing. The house is located in a gated like community. We never did not feel safe. We snorkeled daily. We highly recommend staying here. Beiry with Roatan vacation rentals was very helpful and responsive. Marvin the onsite caretaker was great and very friendly. "Nancy and Phil are wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure waking up to the view of the Caribe point bay and watching the sunset. The pool was unexpectedly warm and refreshing as it's a salt water pool. It's a great place to relax watching Nancy's flowers grow and Edgar the chameleon coming to visit (and eat food out of Phil's hand). My wife and I would enjoy staying there again."

"I could see this as a perfect place for a larger family vacation. Several condos in close proximity with one another with easy beach access. For a solo couple, it was still remarkable!
