"Cosy modern villa with all the essentials for a short stay for our family of 4. Short walk or drive to local cafes, supermarkets and playground. Quiet neighbourhood although we did hear the construction noises from the properties on both sides from early in the morning. Villa has a kitchen and laundry with all appliances. They were even able to provide a portacot and baby bath tub. Central heating was appreciated on the cold Mudgee mornings! Only negative would be the very narrow lock up garage...

"The place we were meant to stay in was double booked. Luckily another cottage was available. Brown Coat cottage was exceptionally well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. Only downside was no hot water on 2nd morning and a bit of traffic noise."

"Was a beautiful little apartment. As soon as you walk in you feel relaxed. Clean and cozy. Heating and music was on to welcome us. The beds were very comfy. The facilities inside were also good. Little treats on the table too. Was a great place to stay and would happily stay again. It is however a 20min walk to the town. But not bad to stretch the legs."

"Perfect for our teenagers and us. Our pet enjoyed the lovely big back yard. Grass was a little long in yard but wet season so can’t complain. Linen was clean and rooms clean. Cutlery n glasses needed a little clean but normal for most Stayz. Very spacious. 30min walk to shops in town that was very easy for all."

"Picture perfect and even better in reality. A mix of old world and modern charm was wonderfully balanced. The whole experience was made even better with the little extra touches provided by our host including a personal anniversary card and a welome pack.
