Difficult communication and check-in. Check in after 4 pm but check out before 10 am. No communication till a few hours before and it was not possible to get in contact with the host beforehand. No information about having to do the payment on the spot and pick up of the key was far from the apartment. Very poor service. The place was fine.

Das Etagenbett stand im Gang zum Wohnraum ohne ein Fenster zur Belüftung, die zweite Person mit der ich die Wohnung gebucht habe ist eine Frau,nicht meine Ehefrau,deswegen waren zwei getrennte Schlafräume vonnöten, derjenige der im Gang das Etagenbett nutzt liegt wenn die Schiebetür geschlossen ist in einer Dunkelkammer ohne jegliche Belüftung, eine Zumutung und Unverschämtheit wie wir meinen. Nachdem wir die Wohnung gesehen hatten verließen wir diese brachten den Schüssel der Eigentümerin zurück mit der Bitte uns den Preis den wir bezahlt haben zurück zu erstatten, leider war sie nicht bereit uns dies zu gewähren, auch nicht einen Teil der Summe von 200€ Wir mussten uns dann noch eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Außer Spesen nichts gewesen, das ist keine Werbung für den Fremdenverkehr von Grassau. Wir werden das auch an das Verkehrsbüro Grassau melden. Roland und Katharina
