"The accommodations were amazing. Super spacious and clean. Very secure. Overlooking the train stop but soundproofing was toonotch. The area was not very convenient without a car. Plenty of grocery stores a 10 minute walk away. Communication was easy through WhatsApp and promptly replied. Highly recommend this place. "

The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."

"Preis/Leistung passt. Alles in allen eine saubere Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Teppichböden muss man mögen, haben uns nicht gestört. Es ist ein Mehrfamilienhaus mit festen Bewohnern und Ferienwohnungen gemischt. Die Nachbarn/Bewohner im Haus (die wir getroffen haben) waren sehr freundlich und es ist sehr ruhig. Ein kleiner Negativpunkt ist der Zigarettengeruch im Flur, dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts und in der Wohnung selbst ist davon auch nichts zu riechen. Wer also...

This was a good vantage place for the many local points of interest as well as an Herbstfest in Rosenheim, a day trip to Sazburg and to München. "Unser Aufenthalt in dem Landhaus Maria war traumhaft. Nach unserer Ankunft wurden wir von unserem Gastgeber mit einem freundlichen Wilkommen begrüßt. Das Landhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und war mit Blumen in jedem Zimmer dekoriert.
