The cottage was lovely.
We will rent this cottage again. It was so clean and beautiful. We highly recommend it for 3 to 4 people. Just loved the decor, flowers on the porch, and the location.

Excellent Cottage
This is the nicest cottage we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. We've spent many vacations in various cabins and cottages in the Sierra and north coast over the years and this is the best, bar none! Obviously it has been totally redone inside so it is super clean and well equipped.

The property is well maintained and was nicely remodeled. Quiet neighborhood. The beds were not very comfortable and the shower hot water stream was not consistent. Overall, a nice property.

Super easy communication with our hosts. Love that they were quick to respond. We stayed in January and it was pretty chilly but all of the space heaters in each room were accommodating and more than enough to fight off the chill. Highly recommend!

Convenient and cute cottage
My 2 adult daughters and I met there for some time together! My daughter who lives an hour away has two very small dogs and I picked this place because it had a fenced in yard! The yard was very secure! Downtown was a short walk!The neighborhood was nice and quiet! The kitchen was well equipped and they provided an assortment of amazing snacks to enjoy! We highly recommend this place the host was incredibly helpful and every detail was thought of and taken care of! This is a great cottage for any family looking to have quality time in a quiet neighborhood and adorable decor and amenities! Highly recommend

Very Comfy home with just everything that I needed
Hi, this was the cutest little home in the cutest little town. Sure would love to live there actually. I came home thinking I'm gona organize and minimize all my stuff because I really liked how they had it so tidy and uncluttered but they had anything a person would need, I believe. Very clean and comfy! I loved that they mixed antique stuff with artsy stuff too. I hope to be back one day! I want to explore that area more and take a friend or family member or two also. No complaints. Mona

Matthew has shown pride in his property and has wonderful touches throughout. We are picky on our VRBO and with the cleanliness and new split A/C, fenced yard for our dog we were very pleased. The shower is large with soft water. The location worked out great. They really tight of everything.

Lovely cottage great location
Matthew and Wendy’s house provides a wonderful space for staying in grass Valley. It’s adorably furnished, has a great patio grill, very dog friendly, and walking distance to town. Overall it’s a lovely place and I highly recommend staying here.
