Excellent place to stay!
We stayed in the apt attached/above horse arena. Super clean, quiet, brand new everything, huge t.v's and darling horsey decor. Coming down the drive is beautiful w horses in pastures and added bonus there was a new foal w momma when we stayed, so cute!! Super friendly hosts, truly one of best stays in quite some time. As apt is well stocked, easy to keep clean w perfect flooring, great kitchen and laundry. Already booked for next year!

Great Weekend!
Eight of us made the trip to Michigan to see a U of M football game. "The Farm" was absolutely awesome! The apartment was immaculate, very large and inviting. It is legitimately larger than most moderately sized single family homes from a square footage perspective. No details missed from the guest rooms, the kitchen, the bathrooms, to the game room, the common spaces, the outdoor spaces like the stables and basketball court, and the list goes on and on. Secluded enough to be quiet, but close enough to Ann Arbor, Jackson and Lansing to make it a reasonable location. Jeff was great to work with and offered lots to do, and he was very engaged in making sure our stay was top notch. This honestly could become our annual "Go To" accommodation for Michigan game stays and possibly outside of that since Grass Lake itself is so close. Stay here! You will not be.

We had the best stay. The entire apartment was cleaned and stocked perfectly for our family. Jeff is a great host and was able to help whenever we needed. We will definitely be booking again some days. My children can’t wait to go back and see the horses.
Home was stocked well, everything was clean. Game room is a huge plus with separate air hockey table and smaller living room area that was perfect for the children to use while the adults had the main area.
