"Our stay was very good. Our only complaint was that our key fab did not work consistently on the necessary doors. This was especially an issue when we arrived at Kasa Greenville at 1:00 am with our luggage and a bag of groceries. We did manage to get into the building from the parking garage eventually-- but had to try 5 different doors before we found a door that would open for our key fab. The next day, that door wouldn't open, but one of the others that didn't open the previous day, would...

"I did not realize that there is no office and no one on site and a phone number for "emergencies" only. The inside of the room was very clean but the outside needs power washing and paint. The shower had "C" for hot and "H" for cold. Spanish?? The shower, once I figured it out, was excellent. Bed comfortable. Air con remote missing its battery. "

Beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. There was only comfortable seating in the living room for 4 or 5, so more would have been nice. We would definitely choose to stay there again!"

After having to live with a wet floor for 10 days, they finally figured out that the leak was in the plumbing wall behind the tub. During a 12 day stay we had a total of 2 days we could walk into the bath without our feet getting wet. Then the water heater broke and there was no hot water. Now no shower or dish washing either.
