Nett, aber mit Schönheitsmängeln
Beide Schlafräume sind prima, Küche und Bad haben aber einige Schönheitsmängel. Der Ausstieg in den Hinterhof (der entrümpelt und mit Sitzgelegenheiten ausgestattet werden müsste) erfordert Trittsicherheit. Zentrale Lage in der Oberstadt und trotzdem ruhig. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin.
