"This place is fabulous!! Located right on the river, charming and wonderful owners! I was running late and called to say that I couldn't make it inside check in hours. Cathie, one of the owners was super friendly and was waiting for me when I arrived. I stayed in a dome which was beautifully decorated with lovely furniture and drapes,and outfitted with everything I needed – a mini fridge, a microwave, coffee maker, dishes. A nice touch was a soft electric blanket on top of a very comfortable bed. I will definitely recommend this place and come back again! "

"Our room (10, 3rd floor) was very comfortable with a lovely large en-suite bathroom. Not all rooms have en-suite facilities. Angela was very helpful with restaurant tips, and cooked us a great hot breakfast. We would have loved to spend more time in Digby, as the town had some interesting shops, and the fresh seafood was wonderful, especially the scallops!"

AND, it was in a great location to walk around the harbor and quaint village strip of Digby. They were also super flexible when we had to change our plans due to a cancelled ferry and switched our stay from the end of the trip to the beginning, so I give them extra stars for staff and service. "Lovely decor with comfortable beds. Wonderful home cooked breakfast of waffles bacon fresh fruit and boiled egg one morning and lovely omelet with croissants and homemade jam the other morning!! Art and Martha were delightful hosts. Will return again if in the area."
