There were no towels in the pool area-when several people asked the front desk staff for towels, they were told to “just use the ones in our rooms” since she didn’t have anymore. The pool room could’ve been a little warmer. The beds were very hard and not comfortable. (We had a room with 2 queen beds) we’ve always liked the Hampton beds for comfort but it seems like they are using different brand of mattresses.

Second time we have stayed here for a concert. Perfectly located with lots of choices for dining. Really close to all things Hershey!! The rooms are large and clean and the breakfast in the morning is fantastic.
