"It was a nice place, but IT'S IN THE BASEMENT. The upstairs is VERY noisy, a cleaning company is up there cleaning something maybe rugs or??? And it's LOUD, which gets old. Also smells like puppy, not sure if it's urine or wet dog smell but it's always there, like when you rent from a place that accepts doggos."

"We arrived in a storm and the host came out and met us in the rain. He was very friendly and gave lots of helpful information about places to eat and things to do etc. The property was a basement that had been updated yet still smelled older and our things seemed damp during our stay. "Cute apartment that was within walking distance of pretty much everything we needed and lots of great places to check out. We only had a couple issues but they could be because of our extended stay. It was difficult to bring all our stuff to the third floor (that wasn’t in the description) and the laundry schedule wasn’t easy for us to work with. There weren’t any cleaning supplies to clean up after ourselves so I had to purchase some. However, everything else was great."
