"A really lovely gite in a lovely village, with a convenient garden attached with table, chairs and sun loungers in the afternoon shade. Gite conversion was fine, though some of the equipment was idiosyncratic, with microwave/grill but no oven. Only a two burner hob and unnecessary dishwasher (for 2 people?). 3 steak knives but no butter knives. The dining/living room cupboards were ancient and two of the doors fell off while we were there. We could only get one programme on the TV. Spacious...

"Belle maison pour séjourner au calme! Les chambres à l’étage communiquent et ne sont pas fermées donc il s’agit plutôt d’un dortoir. La climatisation est seulement à l’étage mais le rez de chaussée reste frais. Idéal pour se balader dans les environs."

"True country side experiance in a beautiful landscape. Owned by a friendly family who also speak very good english, which for me without even basic french language skills is a big plus. Perfect place to slow down a little and relax off the grid or take a tour around the countryside with your car or on your bike with a mix of steep hills, wast valleys as well as some historical monuments like the Château de Hautefort in cycling distance."

"We had a wonderful time in this villa. It is set in really beautiful grounds with great facilities for all the family. The swimming pool was particularly impressive and was loved by our young grand children who did not want to leave it. The accommodation was also very good with plenty of room and comfortable beds. The host, Marc, and Amelie were superb right from when we booked all through the visit. We would definitely go again."

The pool was excellent, there were plenty of chairs and sun loungers for everyone. The pool table/games room was a brilliant addition. "Well-maintained cottage with a lovely heated swimming pool, and lots of outdoor space. Very comfortable inside. We enjoyed our short stay here - it is ideal for up to 4 people. The location is quiet and peaceful, and close to the pretty village of Segur le Chateau. Bernard is very welcoming."

"Tout d'abord j'aimerais remercier Sylvie pour son sympathique accueil et sa gentillesse. Son gite est en tout point parfait, en particulier pour une famille telle que la notre (6 adultes, 2 adolescents et 3 enfants). Les deux maisons (à louer ensemble ou indépendamment) sont pourvues de tout le confort que l'on peut souhaiter et que l'on regrette de quitter. Belle piscine que nous n'avons pas malheureusement pu utiliser du fait d'un temps maussade. La localisation en plein cœur du Périgord Noir...

"This property is beautifully appointed. Everything one would need is there. The seating and the bed are comfortable. It was very hot outside but able to be cool inside. The village is very quiet and charming.Marie Claire took wonderful care of us; she could respond by being there in 5 minutes!"
