"We spent a cold and wet weekend in the Peak District but, fortunately, the cottage had everything we needed and was lovely and warm after a cold walk.Lots of walks nearby and the walk from Bakewell to Chatsworth and back was lovely, despite the mud. Bakewell tart also a must. Would definitely stay at the cottage again. The cottage is lovely, in a lovely sertting but it is very damp with mould around the windows and mildew on the curtains. "The property was very comfortable and as described on the app. An ideal position just outside of Matlock with 2 good pubs close by that serve food."

"The house was stunning. Spotlessly clean and very well stocked with everything we might have needed. Very quiet location but still close to Alton Towers - which was the purpose of our visit. Inez was friendly and helpful. Could not have been better and we would all be very happy to visit again."
