This property was not what I would call great. The Villa Vista room was decorated with lots of antiques and was in need of up dating. I had reserved this room specifically because it had air-conditioning and when we got there, the air conditioning was not working in the evening when we wanted to turn it on. We needed the AC to work because my husband has asthma and needs filtered air during sleep. We did Text the office number and got no reply to get the AC working. In the morning after staying one night the owner came in and found that the air conditioner had been unplugged. Also, the microwave had been unplugged. The place to plug was under a bureau with about a 2 inch space to get your hands under. We did not unplug it someone else had, and it had not been checked before the room was rented. I feel that this room needs an upgrade electrically. Also, there were odors in the room that were bad. In walking to the bathroom area the floor was not level which was a danger at night. The shower in the room was very hard to navigate since it was so small. The drain had a little lip on it so you kept stepping into the drain which could be dangerous when it’s slippery and the water kept splashing in your eyes, since you couldn’t move the shower head much at all. The breakfast there was very good well prepared and delicious. We had booked for three nights, but decided to leave since we didn’t feel comfortable there. We were not refunded any money for the other two nights.
Liked the peace and quiet, watching movies on a big screen from our comfortable bed and the delicious breakfasts delivered to our door each morning. We'll be back next year!
First time staying at a bed and breakfast just because we like our privacy. This place is Awesome! Every room is private. They even drop off your dinner and breakfast, if you want. The Hosts are wonderful. Just a great find! We will return. Oh yeah. And the beds and pillows are the most comfortable we have slept on.

Lovely B&B
Nice little B&B in the Grandview countryside. Our room was very nice and clean; lots of attention to detail...cozy chairs, fireplace, air conditioning, dimmable lighting, big screen tv with Dish, Keurig, a wonderful breakfast and lovely hosts. This was our first stay at a B&B so I don’t have anything to compare our visit to but we would definitely stay there again.
This B&B is an obvious labor of love for this couple who own and operate. They love to travel to Italy and they've incorporated all things Italian in the inside of the home to the outside of the home. Our bed was very comfortable and the linens were so soft. The bathroom had a bidet, which we've never seen in a B&B before! The attention to detail was incredible. They offered us a dinner of grilled ribeye or Alaskan salmon and we had each and both were excellent. The side dishes also were wonderful and the presentation, with flowers on the plate were appreciated. The following morning, Jennie made a quiche and that I have never experienced a better texture or flavor. The quiche was presented with cut up fruit and flowers on the plate. There was an array of coffee types to choose and I chose an organic coffee that was wonderful. We ate our breakfast outside under a trellas of grapevines and other greenery. The view from our second floor room was a view of a huge field of hops and the beautfiul landscape of the wine country. Mark and Jennie were delightful and were there to make sure each guest was welcomed, felt comfortable, and had all the amenities available. I highly recommend this B&B and please take them up on the offer for dinner! - it is well worth it and they even include a very nice bottle of wine!
Jennie & Mark and their wonderful staff made our stay a most memorable experience. From the moment we arrived till we left the whole atmosphere was a breathtaking experience. The beauty, comfortable surroundings, most relaxing atmosphere and the bueatiful breakfast made our visit a most memorable experience.
We just loved being there and most forward looking to our next visit.
Love to all

We spent our first two nights as husband and wife in this amazing B and B. The Cozy Rose was almost an hours drive from our wedding at Gilbert Cellars, but it was well worth the drive.
Mark and Jennie were the perfect host and made sure all our expectations were exceeded. The food was amazing and the bed was so comfortable.
Thank you for an incredible stay. We will definitely be back!
We celebrated my wife's 40th along with our two daughters (aged 10 & 6) at Mark and Jennie's Cozy Rose Inn. They could not have been better hosts with great accommodations, outside dining for breakfast and perfectly cooked dinner on request.
The location is also great for accessing wineries in the complete Yakima Valley region and is only a short 2.5hr drive from Seattle.
Our adjoining bedrooms provided the option of giving our girls there own space. Although, we did spend the evenings sitting outside and watching them play on the lawn as the sunset, as we enjoyed a nice bottle of local wine!
The place is gem!!!
Cozy Rose was a fantastic place to stay to enjoy Washington state?s excellent wine country. Staff was friendly and hospitable, room was spotless and spacious, bed was nice and comfy. I highly recommend this place.
