"The rooms were very clean but definitely on the small side. We had a King Deluxe and it was very small. Very bad experience with the pool. We were there with a group that a number of small children and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM GOT CHEMICAL BURNS FROM THE POOL (CHLORINE) but when the front desk was told about, the woman got nasty and said that it couldn't be that. Amazing in every way

"Everything about this hotel was amazing. It was so clean, the staff was so friendly and courteous, the breakfast was yummy, and the beds were so comfy. We will definitely be visiting again. Also the night reception was so nice and the location is great to walk around downtown Columbus."
