La Pignoronde
5/5 Excellent
"La Pignoronde is a stunning property in a peaceful, remote area, offering breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River. Our condo comfortably accommodated 10 people, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy.
While our stay was wonderful overall, there were a couple of issues worth noting. The listing mentioned "8 indoor pools," but in reality, there is only one indoor pool with an 8-person maximum capacity. This was a bit misleading but didn’t significantly impact our experience.
We also encountered two unexpected incidents. One morning, the large overhead property sign broke off, blocking the laneway entrance and scattering metal debris. Fortunately, it was cleaned up by the end of the day. On our last morning, we temporarily lost all access to water in the condo, but the property management team was incredibly responsive and resolved the issue quickly.
Despite these minor inconveniences, the location was fantastic—just 12 minutes from Le Massif and about 40 minutes from Mont Saint-Anne. Overall, I highly recommend La Pignoronde and would absolutely stay again!"
