Hygiène aussi douteuse que le service
Arrivé à l’hôtel on nous annonce que nous n’avons pas de réservation dans le bonne hôtel....puis en insistant on nous confirme notre réservation dans cet hôtel. D’accord une erreur peu arriver. On nous accompagne dans notre chambre, première surprise des punaises mortes et vivantes partout dans la chambre, premier signalement à l’accueil, l’homme de chambre arrive avec comme seul réaction « ah oui il y a des insectes » ma compagne et moi commençons à déballer nos affaires et là encore des insectes morts partout, il y a une limite à ce que nous avons ou devons supporter quand nous sommes clients.... nous signalons à l’accueil que nous souhaitons changer de chambres. Réponse : « nous sommes complet » le patron se lève de table et nous indiques qu’il a un autre hôtel plus bas, comme c’est pratique.... ton hautain bien entendu.... pas de geste commercial, pas d’excuse... « ici c’est la montagne, c’est normal les insectes »traduction en montagne le manque de propreté et decourtoisie c’est normal....nous allons au second hôtel sans faire de vague, une adorable réceptionniste nous accueille gênée... nous proposes trois chambres à la déco plus que douteuse... les deux premières chambres deux lits simples, fantastiques pour un couple !! La dernière chambre lit double avec vu sur le mini golf génial on est très loin de la photo sur Hotels.com avec chambre de charme et spa.....la découverte de nouveaux nuisibles dans la chambre nous a convaincu de quitter l’hôtel avant la nuit ..

2 Zimmer für 4 Personen gebucht, nur 1 vorhanden, ausweichend Appartement mit viel weniger Komfort, dafür aber im Preis reduziert, annehmbar. Essen ausgezeichnet, Personalservice auch, nur Wirtin extrem unfreudlich. Hat uns bei Abrechnung als "die Deutschen" an falschem Ort frühstückend bezeichent, obwohl der Wirt uns den Frühstücksort auch im Haupthaus zugesichert hatte. Hatte Probleme mit dem Zimmertarif, was das Auschecken extrem unangenehm werden ließ, da sie sehr launisch und schnippisch reagierte. Abgesehen davon ein guter Ort zum Ausspannen, Wandern, Essen und Schlafen, wenn man im Haupthaus oder im Chalet unterkommt.
