"This is the third time I have stayed in the Cobo Bay Hotel. We had a twin room on the top floor. It was very quiet, apart from people leaving the pub next door on a Friday and Saturday night, over a 20 minute period. The room was very warm and cosy, it was easy to control the temperature.
