"Quiet & private setting with codes to check in. Close to beach and near restaurants, cafes, bakery, shops. Note- 3 floors of stairs to get to room and low ceilings in stairway and at entry way to rooms. Wifi did not work in our room. "

"We had a little difficulty in finding the property but Google Maps did the trick ! Once we arrived, the reception by the owner was excellent and the property clean, well-equipped and like new. The views across the valley were suberb and the rooms were spacious and well equipped. In the morning, we were brought breakfast exactly on time and it was comprehensive and more than we could eat. The location is perfect for the last night before catching the ferry from Lehavre or Dieppe or exploring...

"We stayed for two nights in the Studio (NOT shown on the website, the advertised apartment was already booked) which was secure and very compact with comfortable double bed with single bunk above. Free range eggs, fresh coffee, bread for toasting, fruit, yogurts provided. All facilities as stated. Friendly welcome from Stephanie"

"The greenery environment is absolutely fantastic. It is surrounded by lots of apple trees, you can literally pick apple from all these different type of apple trees. You could see massage tree house and yoga deck which gives you a good retreat vibes. The deco inside the house is so warm and healing. The breakfast service is amazing that offered in-house produced apple juice and apple jam. The only thing is parking lot is quite small and it will be great to have complimentary tea in the room....

"Stepping back into time staying in an 18th. Century Chateau with renovated beautifully decorated large rooms! Charles was our very charming host. He booked a dinner in town for us and had a great breakfast in front of a wood burning fireplace in the morning. Total luxury and experience. Also quite reasonable."

"This is the second time over the past 2 months that I stayed at this beautiful and peaceful Bed & Breakfast type of accommodation and this second time was even better than the first time since I was able to experience the entire property fully in my two-night stay. This time, I was able to enjoy the very serene, quiet and relaxing pool. Walking around the extremely pleasant gardens, yard, and relaxing hobby farm was magnificent. We really enjoyed feeding and interracting with all those animals...

"By far the most magical and comfortable stay we’ve had on our trip! We decided to stay here two days and nights on our family road trip and it was a much needed, relaxing break! Marie was so friendly and welcoming. She made sure our kids felt welcomed with stuff to do inside and outside. They loved playing with her super friendly dogs and running around the garden. "We stayed 3 nights in August 2024 as a family of four. The place is beautiful. The room was great with a huge bathroom (and wonderful shower). The twin room upstairs had plenty of room for my two teenaged children. The food was the best bit. Breakfast was a selection of pastries, fruits and local dishes. "We spent 10 days at la Résidence Les embruns in September, and we loved it. It's an older property that would benefit from some renovations and updates (like a fresh coat of paint all over). That said, it's very close to the wonderful beach, and also services like a grocery store (Carrefour Market). Carole at the reception desk is a pleasure to deal with. Downtown is about one kilometre away, an easy and pleasant walk. Very recommended."

"What a delightful hotel. The rooms were modern, stylish, clean as a whistle and well equipped. The building is equally stylish and well maintained. We didn't eat in the dining room as it was very busy but crossed the road to a restaurant clearly popular with the locals where I enjoyed the best Cafe Gourmand of my life, for a very reasonable price. We could only stay for a single night but, if I'm in Normandy again, especially if I arrived off the evening boat into Le Havre, it would be my first choice. "
