The only hitch was that when we arrived, the driveway gate was locked and when we rang the bell it was some time before it was opened. It turned out neither of the hosts was there, but the husband host’s niece was. She was very nice but it wasn’t clear she was expecting us. We had been told to expect the husband. "Great location for DDay history. DDay Aviators is a gem for those who have an aviation background. We stayed in a room at another building a short walk from the main house of DDay Aviators where check in and breakfast is served. The parking was a bit awkward but it’s a small village and all worked out well. Enjoy this unique hotel experience "
