"Everything was excellent at the hotel. Only negative was we booked a double and a twin but were given two twins. The reception staff did not seem to take any ownership or action to rectify this. Surely the number of rooms available of each type were incorrectly supplied to hotels.com. We were just made to feel unreasonable wanting the double and that this situation possibly occurs quite often."

"Absolutely loved our stay at Solana Beach Hotel! The staff is just fantastic, friendly and very attentive! Only suggestions are to have more bins around to leave rubbish and the toilet would benefit a fresh coat of paint."

Nice open space across from hotel, the racetrack central area has been turned into a recreation spot in an otherwise built up central city. Breakfast available on site in addition to other drinks during the day. (We had nice cold beers). "
