Our exceptionally chic boutique building seamlessly combines luxurious comfort with lively originality. The building sleeps up to 12 guests, with 5 suites on the top floor and one ADA-accessible suite on the main floor with a convertible sofa bed.

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire building. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions before arrival. Our stylish accommodations showcase similar design and decor in every suite, ensuring a consistent experience. Access to the suites is just one flight of stairs going up, as they are located on the second level. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, our property is equipped with Ring video cameras (not in sleeping areas) and Minut decibel measuring devices (please note: Minut devices do not have recording features).

Car: The most common mode of transportation in Grand Rapids is by car. The town is easily accessible by major highways such as I-96, US 131 and M-6 and and there are car rental companies in the area for visitors who do not have their own vehicles.
Public Transit: There is the Rapid bus system and routes cover major destinations such as hospitals, shopping centers, and tourist attractions, and fares are affordable. There is also the DASH Bus, which is a free downtown shuttle.
Bikes and Scooters: There are bike and scooter rentals through "Lime." Simply download the app to get started.
Taxis and Ride-Sharing Services: Visitors can use ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft, or hail a taxi to get around Grand Rapids and the surrounding areas.
Walking: Grand Rapids is a pedestrian-friendly town, and many destinations such as restaurants, shops, and parks are within walking distance of each other.
Other Things to Note:
A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required. Please note that this does not apply to Airbnb reservation.
Our cancellation policy ensures a full refund if you cancel at least 2 weeks before your reservation. For cancellations made within 2 weeks of reservation, we will retain 50% of the rental cost.
Please note that local residents are required to obtain prior authorization before booking with us. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of our property and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
For the safety and security of our owners and guests, we require all guests to sign a rental agreement and complete the Enso Connect verification process, which includes uploading a government-issued ID and a selfie. This process helps prevent fraudulent activity and protect the interests of everyone involved. Guests will be provided a boarding pass link with access to an online boarding pass that will have step-by-step instructions on how to access the property.
Enjoy our complimentary starter kit of guest supplies, including coffee, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, bottled water, Kleenex, and toilet paper. For extra supplies, just let us know – we're happy to assist upon request.
For cancellations, please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a 4% credit card processing fee will be deducted. This policy does not apply to Airbnb reservations.
