This exclusive community boasts a private sandy beach, mountain views, and easy access to downtown Grand Lake, making it the perfect getaway for relaxation and adventure alike.
As you step inside, you’ll feel at home in the cozy main level. The living area is equipped for comfort, with a gas fireplace, plush seating for four, and a smart TV with Roku for endless entertainment. The open kitchen, complete with all the essentials, is ideal for enjoying home-cooked meals or planning your day’s adventures. Just off the living room, the small front porch with seating is a serene spot to sip your morning coffee or bask in the fresh mountain air. A convenient half bathroom off of the kitchen rounds out the main floor.
Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms designed for restful nights. The main bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, while the second bedroom offers two full beds and its own smart TV, providing plenty of room for everyone. In the adjoining hallway a full bathroom with a
combination shower/tub serves both bedrooms, ensuring all the comforts of home.
Lemmon Lodge #4 offers guests Wi-Fi and outdoor features like a charcoal grill and picnic table for memorable meals under the Colorado sky. The Lemmon Lodge community offers an array of activities to enhance your stay, from gathering around the shared firepit (when fire bans are not in effect) to fishing along the tranquil south side of the property by the river. Guests can also enjoy volleyball, horseshoes, and the convenience of being steps away from Grand Lake’s restaurants, shops, live theater, and boat rentals.
Boat slips are available for rent through Lemmon Lodge management (reservation required and not guaranteed). Fishing off the docks is not allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival date for stays of 6 nights or less will incur a $50 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations of reservations of 7 nights or more, prior to 30 days before your arrival date incur a $200 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival date the entire amount is non-refundable for all reservations.
Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
