Although we were in a non-smoking room the room reeked of cigarette smoke, so much that we had to use air freshener on every fabric surface. There were also burns on the comforter.

Pretty bad
It took a long time to check in and the front desk staff didn't seem to care much. When I got into my room, there were left over wash cloths and hair in the sink from prior guests, so it was not clean. The WiFi did not work and just blocked up my phone. It was a horrible place to stay.

The room was dated it even had an old box tv lol But it felt comfortable and clean. The outside is super sketchy, but I would stay again.

This is a very basic, low budget motel. It’s an older facility with very little upgrades. It appeared there were some long term tenants staying there who appeared a little shady. I was a little worried about my car although nothing happened. The continental breakfast was nice as was the staff.

I am obviously one that isn’t usually a critic if I am staying at a hotel like this. The staff were super friendly and helpful!! There was only second floor rooms left and I knew I wasn’t going to be able to carry my suitcase up the stairs so they had someone carry it up and down for me which was so nice. But the hotel... I didn’t feel safe at. I was worried about my car in the parking lot. I could hear everything that was going on outside so looked to see if a window was open because I have bad hearing and could hear everything. My windows had a hole where they did not meet. I tried stuffing it with toilet paper but could still hear everyone even talking in the next building!!! I just did not feel safe or comfortable there! (A lot going on outside) so I did not give it a total disappointment because the safe were super friendly. (Even though every time I turned around someone had a master key for my room, alittle too many) but they were very nice. The condition of the building and the atmosphere made me nervous. And remember I don’t stay at the greatest hotels all the time so I am not a big critic.

Good Enough For Me
The room was clean and modern and their are a lot of channels on the TV. Their is a fair amount of traffic noise and the free breakfast is limited. Close to the downtown area, with many restaurants and shops plus the library.

Stayed here for one day, price is right and the stay came with breakfast. Checking in took 30 mins because of system problems, get my room and the room is not finished being cleaned, another 15 mins to get a replacement room. The new room air conditioner doesn’t work, the beds sink in the middle, the linen is rough to the skin, and the maid said we have a mobile air conditioner in the room we use because the another one is broken. I take a look at it and it’s just a heater not an air conditioner. I tear apart my bed and the white linen had a big pink spot on it... ewww. The atmosphere feels gloomy and u can tell this hotel caters big to monthly room rates customers. The internet while complimentary, it’s super slow and TV in the room is of cheap quality. Also the water temperature coming out of shower is inconsistent, be prepared to get burned.

Sleeping in Your car much better option!
The property had several and I'm not exaggerating very drunk very "gypsy " type persons yelling at each other and me as I walked to the office doors. I mentioned it to the man behind the counter and he completely dismissed my concern then after looking up my reservation demanded 100 cash deposit . My credit card was not good enough. I wanted to cancel he refused since it was well after the stipulated time . I called hotels .com and they helped get my payment returned. Thanks to them. I would strongly suggest not going to that property. I'd feel safer sleeping in my car

Room telephone did not work. Could not turn tv on..called office 6 times. No answer. Desk clerk seemed unconcerned. Wiring in room didnt work. Extendion cords full. Maitenance man came immediately brought new phone. It didnt work. No way to call office. Safty issue. No blanket on bed Only sheets.

I absolutely loved the young lady at the reception desk who checked us in, she is efficient, friendly, and awesome at her job. The cleanliness of the last room we booked was very poor, not happy at all with the room. The continental breakfast was over an hour late, didn't start until 8'ish, hours posted 7-10 a.m., not happy have hungry kiddo i had to feed. So the next night I booked a room somewhere else, that was way cleaner, and all amenities as promised. Maybe in the future I'll go back to knight's Inn, just not anytime soon.
