Updated & well-stocked home close to downtown GJ
We spent a great family long weekend in this nicely modernized home within walking distance of downtown GJ. Great communication with Greg, our host. The home had everything we needed which is always appreciated when you go to look for a wine key or a extra paper towels, etc. Also, we loved the towels - extra cozy for a VRBO! Definitely recommend!

Great property! Very close to St Mary’s hospital and the college. VERY comfortable beds great kitchen. I wish we had warmer weather, the back yard looked very inviting. Loved the property.

Fantastic Location in Grand Junction
This property in Grand Junction was fantastic. The home was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed or wanted to make out stay comfortable. Very walkable to some great restaurants downtown and very easy to get out to wineries, national parks, and outdoor activities. The host, Greg, was fantastic and extremely easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. If we are back in the Grand Junction area we will stay here.

Cute Property
The house is so cute and well done! The master bedroom/bath is perfect! The only down side or complaint would be the neighbors dogs that barked every morning or if you went outside to sit in the backyard. Parking is also a trick.

Great Property
Great House!! Very close to CMU and Downtown. Very clean. The Master Bedroom is awesome and the kitchen is well stocked. The only "con" is the beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms seemed pretty firm, but it would not discourage us from staying there in the future. Communication with Greg was great. We would defiantly stay here anytime we come to town.

Great house and location!
We loved our stay here. Communication with the owner was great. He was super responsive and helpful. The location was convenient to CMU and downtown. The house is wonderfully furnished with a massive master bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The house is adorable with a great backyard and fire pit. You will love your stay here!
