The townhome is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind and make yourself at home. A code will be sent to you before arrival that will give you access to the property. A maximum THREE vehicles is allowed on site. I allow dogs, any damage caused by them is the sole responsibility of the pet owner. Absolutely NO SMOKING on site. Any damage caused by smoking, including scent will be charged to the tenant as this damages my host reputation for a non-smoking property.
